1. How your order works (delivery in Colombia)

   You order from the store

   You choose your products, fill in a short form and receive a unique order number (e.g. PC-A2B3C4).

   We coordinate by WhatsApp

   We message you to confirm the address, coordinate payment and give you the estimated shipping date.

   We pack and ship

   We pack with cold chain when applicable and send you the carrier's tracking number.

   You follow the status and the tracking number

   At peptidoscolombia.com/en/order/YOUR-NUMBER you see the order status and the tracking number once the shipment leaves.

2. Replacement warranty

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or with a reference different from the one requested, we replace it at no cost. Just message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the product, and your order number (for an international order, in the same WhatsApp conversation in which it was closed).

• Replacement at no cost for damage in transit.
• Replacement at no cost if we sent a reference different from the one you bought.
• We arrange collection of the damaged product when applicable.

Scope of the warranty

The warranty is limited to the identity of the product, the integrity of the packaging and the shipping conditions according to its Certificate of Analysis (COA). It does NOT cover the outcome or consequences of any use other than laboratory research, including reconstitution, consumption by humans or animals, self-administration or application to third parties. No returns, exchanges or replacements are accepted based on a use other than the research use declared by the buyer.

The above does not exclude or limit the statutory warranty, the right of withdrawal or the other non-waivable rights that Colombian law grants to consumers, nor, for a consumer residing in another country, the protection of the mandatory rules of that country (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers residing in the European Union, section 5.1 of the Terms and Conditions). Under articles 42 and 43 of Law 1480 of 2011, any limitation described here that restricts a mandatory right shall be deemed not written to that extent.

For international orders, the replacement warranty covers the product in the same cases and with the same reporting period. Import taxes on a new shipment are borne by the buyer, and the warranty does not cover a hold, seizure, return or delay of the shipment decided by customs or by another authority of the destination country. The report is made in the same WhatsApp conversation in which the order was closed.

3. Delivery times

Times are counted from dispatch, not from the order date. We always share the tracking number so you can follow the shipment.
