This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails, except where the mandatory law of a consumer's country of residence provides otherwise.
We ship laboratory research references from Colombia to nine countries. Here are the rates, how to order and what you should know about customs before you order.

Rate per shipment for an envelope-type package of up to 1 kg. If the order is heavier or bulkier, the team confirms the freight before payment. We do not ship to other countries.
Change the currency at the top of the page. Dollar amounts are calculated from Colombian pesos at a fixed reference rate of 3,300 pesos per dollar and rounded to whole dollars.

International orders are closed by WhatsApp, with your country, your address and your postal code.

We confirm and send you the payment instructions
The team confirms in writing the availability, the freight, the total and the payment currency, and sends you the payment instructions.

We ship and share the tracking number
Once the team confirms the payment, we ship and send you the tracking number to follow the shipment.
Customs, taxes and import
International shipments are delivered DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms® 2020): you pay the freight with the order, and import duties, taxes, fees and import formalities in the destination country are your responsibility. They are not included in the price or in the freight.
You are the importer. Before ordering, check that the import, possession and research use of the reference are lawful in your country and obtain any permits required there. If customs holds, seizes or returns the shipment, or it cannot be delivered because of pending formalities or taxes, those costs are your responsibility and the team will contact you to agree on the next steps.
Tracking
When the shipment leaves, we share the tracking number with you so you can follow it on the Coordinadora tracking page. International orders are closed by WhatsApp: they have no PC- order number or tracking page on this site.
What we do not ship
- Orders to countries other than the nine on the list.
- References whose import, possession or use is prohibited or restricted in the destination country.
- Orders with signs of use in humans or animals, or without the research use declaration.
- References that the team indicates are not available for international shipping.
- Shipments with declared contents or a declared value other than the real ones.
Research use only
Everything we sell, in Colombia and abroad, is laboratory research material (Research Use Only). It is not a medicine or a supplement, it is not suitable for human or veterinary use and it is not sold for those uses in any country.
International orders are governed by the Terms and Conditions (section 7), the Legal, Health and Regulatory Notice, the import and export policy and the Privacy policy.
