Every import of research supplies into Colombia is carried out in compliance with the customs and health regulations in force in the Republic of Colombia, including the applicable provisions of DIAN and INVIMA where relevant. Péptidos Colombia reserves the right to request additional documents supporting the technical or research nature of the final recipient.
The references sold have no health registration for use in humans or animals and may not be used for the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, mitigation or cure of diseases. The buyer declares knowledge of these conditions upon accepting the quotation.
Export and international shipping
Orders are shipped from Colombia to Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Puerto Rico and United States. Each outbound shipment is made in accordance with Colombian customs regulations and with the documents the carrier requires.
In the destination country, the buyer acts as the importer: it is the buyer's responsibility to verify, before ordering, that the import, possession and research use of the reference are lawful there; to obtain any permits, licenses or registrations required; to complete customs formalities; and to pay import duties, taxes and fees (DAP delivery). Péptidos Colombia does not carry out that verification on the buyer's behalf and does not guarantee that the destination authority will admit a shipment.
Péptidos Colombia describes the contents and value of each shipment truthfully, and may decline to ship to a destination when the reference is prohibited or restricted there or when the recipient's documents are insufficient.
