Péptidos Colombia acts as the controller of the personal data it receives through its institutional forms, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 of the Republic of Colombia.
The data we request (name, company or institution, tax ID (NIT), position, city, email and WhatsApp number) is used only to: (i) validate the institutional or research nature of the request, (ii) issue quotations and technical documentation, (iii) maintain B2B commercial communication related to the order and (iv) comply with the related accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not carry out profiling for advertising purposes, we do not sell databases and we do not share information with third parties other than the logistics, accounting or documentation operators strictly needed to handle the request.
The data subject may at any time know, update, rectify or request the deletion of their data, and revoke the authorization granted, by writing to the institutional contact channel published on this site. Requests are handled within the time limits set by the regulations in force.
Sensitive data and health-related data. Health data is sensitive data under article 5 of Law 1581 of 2012, and its processing is subject to the special regime of article 6: it requires explicit, informed and prior authorization, and no one is required to provide it. Péptidos Colombia does not request medical records, diagnoses, medication or any other health data to manage an order, and does not need them to ship. If a customer includes them on their own initiative in a message or in the order notes, they are not used for any purpose other than responding to what the customer raised, they are not added to marketing databases, and they can be deleted on request. Acceptance of the legal notice or of the terms does not constitute by itself authorization to process health data.
By sending a request through our forms, the data subject declares having read this notice and expressly authorizes the processing of their personal data for the purposes described here.
International orders. When an order is delivered outside Colombia, the recipient's details (name, address, postal code and phone number) are transmitted to the carrier and its partners in the destination country, and to the customs authorities where the law requires it, for the sole purpose of shipping and delivering the order. The site's technology providers may host information outside Colombia. By sending an international order, the data subject authorizes those transfers and transmissions for that purpose.
Data subjects in Germany and Spain. Anyone residing in Germany or Spain also has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, exercised through the same contact channel. Details in the Privacy policy.
